Kramer

Breed: Standardbred

Age: 04/16/1993

Height: 16.2HH

Kramer (Trottin First) is a registered off track Standardbred born 04/16/1993.  He is a senior, but don’t let that fool you.  This big boy came to rescue starved, with a severe case of thrush, and he still had energy and drive.  He was completely determined to recover, and he has recovered beautifully!  Kramer is a picky eater, but he thrives on Triple Crown Complete.  He does need a high fat diet to maintain his weight, but the effort is well worth it.  He is broke to ride and drive, and his foster mom describes him as a complete love.  His demeanor is such that he is suitable for those who are beginners at horsemanship as Kramer has that been there, done that attitude and will let you learn how to care for hooves and groom.

Kramer is doing well in rehab, and is finishing out with physical therapy.  A companion home will be ideal for him so he can enjoy a comfortable and fun retirement.  Kramer’s adoption fee is waived to the right home.

Kramer is adoptable!  Go to www.safeharborsanctuary.org to apply to adopt today by CLICKING HERE.
